No other dependency changes and no custom state migrations. Binary: static linux/amd64, sha256 e3b2df5a9a9b7e54712c7163230a013272641e22e7bfc9aaeac45f86514a8d22. Release: https://github.com/Crypto-Dungeon/dungeonchain/releases/tag/v10.0.0. Tested with the scripted v9-to-v10 upgrade battery on the release binary, including a CosmWasm contract deployed before the upgrade and executed after it.
