12 D&D-inspired classes: Fighter, Paladin, Barbarian, Druid, Ranger, Cleric, Wizard, Sorcerer, Warlock, Bard, Rogue, and Monk. Each has distinct abilities, stats, and synergy bonuses.

Six tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic. Higher rarity means stronger base stats, more ability slots, and increasingly elaborate art. Mythic heroes have cosmic-tier effects and are extremely rare from summons.

Heroes gain XP from battles and idle earnings. Level caps rise with your overall account level. Equip gear, unlock skill nodes, and ascend rarity tiers using duplicate copies from summons.

Putting specific class combinations on the same squad unlocks passive bonuses — Holy Shield (Cleric + Paladin), Arcane Surge (Wizard + Sorcerer), Shadow Strike (Rogue + Ranger), and many more. Stack synergies for significant damage and survivability boosts.

20+ buildings: Tavern, Market, Lumber Mill, Quarry, Farm, Barracks, Blacksmith, Alchemist, Gem Mine, Guild Hall, Summoning Gate, Castle, City Walls, Towers, Pet Hatchery, Dragon Lair, Research Lab, Training Ground, Hospital, and more. Each produces resources or unlocks game systems.

Spend gold and materials (wood, stone) to upgrade. Higher levels boost resource output and unlock new features. Some upgrades require specific account levels or prerequisite buildings.

Yes — drag buildings to reposition them. The city has a day/night cycle, construction animations, and dynamic weather (rain, snow, falling leaves). Villagers patrol with thought bubbles showing their current task.

5-hero squads (plus a pet and a dragon companion) fight enemies in turn-based or auto-battle modes. Heroes cast abilities on cooldown, combo chains build for damage multipliers, critical hits trigger screen shake, and the 3D battle arena themes match the current biome.

Each hero has 2-4 abilities plus a class-specific ultimate. Ultimates charge from dealing and taking damage, then trigger cinematic cutscenes with big effects. Some abilities chain with squadmates' kits for synergy bonuses.

Bleed, burn, poison, freeze, stun, shock, and silence all stack with diminishing returns. Cleric and Druid classes can dispel; Warlock and Sorcerer specialize in applying them.

Weapon, Helm, Chest, Gloves, Boots, Ring, Amulet, and Trinket. Each slot adds stats, set bonuses, and sometimes procs (chance-to-trigger abilities). Gear quality matches rarity tiers.

The Soul Forge lets you break down duplicate or unwanted gear into Soul Essence, then forge Essence into higher-tier items or stat-rolling tokens. It's how you guarantee specific gear types when RNG isn't cooperating.

Reach account level 20 and complete the Forgemaster questline. The Soul Forge building must then be constructed in your city.

Each squad can include one pet and one dragon companion in addition to 5 heroes. Pets provide passive aura buffs; dragons fight alongside you and unleash devastating breath attacks on their own cooldown.

Hatch pets from eggs at the Pet Hatchery (earned from dungeon drops and events). Dragons start as Hatchlings and grow through Drake → Wyrm → Elder stages by feeding them resources at the Dragon Lair.

Yes — stake DRAGUU (Dragon NFTs) at the Castle to grant your account permanent in-game buffs. Delegating $DGN to validators stacks additional castle bonuses.

The Castle is your account's permanent keep. It tracks your DRAGUU NFT stakes and $DGN validator delegations, granting permanent buffs to all characters (+ATK, +DEF, +idle gold, +summon luck). Higher stakes unlock stronger buffs.

Yes — castle buffs apply in PvP duels and siege battles. Players with bigger validator delegations have a meaningful advantage, which is intentional — it rewards long-term ecosystem participation.

A first-person 3D exploration mode rendered in Three.js WebGL. Navigate procedurally generated corridors, find treasure chests, encounter monsters that appear at a distance, solve puzzles, and face cinematic boss fights.

Gold, gear, gems, relics, rare summon scrolls, healing fountains, merchants, traps, and on rare floors, Soul Essence shrines. Themed biomes include frozen crypts, infernal halls, void sanctums, and more.

Yes — toggle auto-explore to have your squad navigate the dungeon automatically. You can still pause for tactical decisions at boss rooms and merchant encounters.

Questlines are multi-stage story arcs with NPC voice-acted dialogue (via ElevenLabs TTS), hero-portrait art, and escalating rewards. Complete them to unlock signature items and new game systems.

Six active questlines at launch, each 8-12 stages. More release with battle pass seasons. Daily quests rotate every 24 hours and feed into the weekly questline progression.

Challenge any player to a 1v1 squad battle with optional $DGN wagers. Ranked duels affect your PvP leaderboard position and weekly reward tier. Guild members earn bonus rewards on wins.

Guilds attack contested zones on the world map. Sieges resolve over several hours with both sides committing troops. Winning grants zone control, bonus resources, and leaderboard prestige. Defenders get warning notifications when attacked.

You can opt out of open-world PvP from Settings. Ranked duels and sieges still require opt-in per engagement.

Seasonal events where a boss faction invades the world map. All players cooperate to push back the invasion — collective damage unlocks server-wide rewards, and top individual contributors get Mythic gear drops.

Troops (separate from heroes) are used for siege attacks, world boss raids, and defending your city during invasions. Recruit them at the Barracks using food + gold.

Infantry, Archers, Cavalry, Siege, and Mages. Each has strengths and weaknesses against the others (rock-paper-scissors). Army composition matters for large-scale battles.

Gold (main currency), Gems (premium), Food (troops), Wood + Stone (buildings), Souls (forge), Mana (summons), and Essence (gear crafting). Each has sources: idle, quests, dungeons, market trades.

Your city and heroes generate resources passively, even when offline. Come back and collect. Building upgrades, VIP level, and Castle bonuses all scale your idle rates. Offline gains cap at 24 hours.

VIP levels unlock from account progression and give permanent boosts (idle multiplier, auto-collect range, extra summon charges, market slot count). Higher VIP tiers unlock at account milestones — no paywall.

NFT minting (heroes + gear), marketplace trading, PvP wagers, $DGN-gated premium cosmetics, and the Dungeon DAO governance. Playing without $DGN is fully viable — it's not pay-to-win, it's own-to-keep.

Battle Pass seasons offer a premium track with exclusive cosmetics, extra quest rewards, and idle multipliers. Purchasable with $DGN.

Blackjack (solo + multiplayer), Texas Hold'em Poker (cash tables + tournaments), and more on the way. All tables accept $DGN wagers; solo blackjack also has a free-chip training mode.

Multi-table tournaments scale up to 64 players with auto-consolidation as players bust out. Buy-ins range from 10 to 5000 $DGN. Prize pools are distributed top-heavy by final placement.

Yes — all random outcomes use on-chain verifiable randomness. The dealer has no house edge beyond standard rules (3:2 blackjack payout, standard poker rake on tournaments).

Seasonal pass with free and premium tracks. Earn pass XP from daily / weekly quests, dungeon clears, and events. Tiers unlock cosmetics, resources, exclusive heroes, and Battle-Pass-only gear.

Roughly 8 weeks per season. Seasons are themed (Void Rift, Infernal Court, Starlight Reach, etc.) with matching boss invasions and world events.
